Well today we went to hubby's parents for lunch, and mother in law requested us to make an apple pie. We followed this recipe http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/2052/ultimate-apple-pie and I am pleased to report that it went down very well - delicious! Usually I would have let them keep some of the left-overs but as it was so nice we brought it back home with us!
